Implementation of Team Building at Utilzás!

Within the scope of the Interface Program in partnership with AEA, which includes joint training projects, a Team Building was carried out for all employees of the company Utilzás, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, last Thursday, July 6th, at Pateira de Espinhel.

This included a dynamic of questions addressed to the three teams present, accompanied by various outdoor activities, whose objective was to encourage motivation, teamwork, trust, proximity, among others.

Utilzás Testimony - Partnership with the Vale Domingos Association

Within the scope of a project whose initiative was to employ several young people of gypsy ethnicity, integrating them into the labor market, a partnership was created with the Vale Domingos Association.

On November 25, the 1st Social Innovation Village Seminar was held. This was attended by Gustavo Abrantes, Filipe Abrantes and Adriana Abrantes, who represented the company Utilzás.

In addition to giving his testimony, at the end, the company representative also starred in the moment of planting a tree, in the Botanical Park of Vale Domingos.

5 years of EFAG!

For those who don't know the history, many years after Utilzás was founded, Efag was born, exactly five years ago, in 2017, emerging as a complement to what already existed, and acting as a catalyst for the production of showertrays and bathtubs.

A major difficulty is usually the choice of name, which did not happen in this case. It originates from: Eugénio, Filipe, Adriana and Gustavo – son and grandchildren of one of the Great Founders, Eugénio Maia Abrantes.

Soon, Utilzás Efag will be present at the 24th edition of the Batimatec Fair, held in Algiers, Algeria, for 5 days, starting on the 15th of May and lasting until the 19th of May.
The aim is to expose the news of companies from Algeria and internationals, related to the sectors Home Decoration, Construction Machinery, Renovations, Materials, Equipment and Technology.

Last Thursday, April 28th, Utilzás Efag was featured in the Diário de Aveiro newspaper for its team building initiative, bringing together the various department heads in a mind-blowing adventure in a rally car.
This great morning spent in Troço da Chousinha, in Préstimo, was provided by pilot Miguel Paião, whom we would like to thank for his collaboration.
